Cardamom is a world-famous spice. Cardamom is referred to as the Queen of Spices. Cardamom, sometimes spelt as cardamon or cardamum, is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genera Elettaria and Amomum in the family Zingiberaceae. True green Cardamom is the third most expensive spice in the world. It only grows in a few countries, including Sri Lanka.
